The Heart is one of the most important organs in the body, as such it is important to look after it. If you are over the age of 45 or have a history of heart disease in your family, you could be eligible for a free Heart Health assessment with the doctor. A Heart Health Assessment is a regular checkup performed by your doctor that helps you understand your risk factors for heart disease and estimate how likely you are to have a heart attack or stroke in the next five years. If you fall into any of the aforementioned categories, our doctors can help you, its never too late to start looking after your health!
